This weekend Katherine and I went to visit Lauren. The highlight of the trip was playing lazor tag at one of the local places. You wouldn't believe how great a workout you can get in the span of fifteen minutes. Anyways, God has blessed me very recently through the use of a prayer journal. Reading Jim Elliot has been inspiring to me and it was what made me decide to begin a new journal. I've been reading Exodus and it was revealed to me that after receiving the Passover Lamb, the people left Egypt. So too, new Christians must give up the life of sin that drags them down after receiving the Good News. So here is to leaving the old life behind and falling upon God's mercy.
